This is a good reminder to ensure you bring your camera with appropriate gear at all times. Around 3 am a severe thunderstorm passed through, bringing voracious lightning. Everyone in the hotel was rocked awake with lightning striking the building. Lightning is one of my favorite moments to capture as its pure chaos and energy.
